Bhindi/ Okra is great on flavors, tasty and healthy recipe. It goes well with roti and rice.
Step by Step recipe:
In a pan on a medium flame add 2 spoon oil, let it heat, add ½ tsp coriander seeds, 3-4 chopped
garlic cloves, 2 chopped green chili, stir fry.
Further add 1 chopped onion, add ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp
coriander powder, 1 tsp salt, add chopped bhindi and mix it all together.
Cover with lid, let it cook for 3 minutes.
Check once if cooked, Add 1 chopped tomato, cover it again and let it cook for another 2
minutes.
