Chick Pea Sprouts Salad
Chick pea Sprouts is very good breakfast option for fat loss as well as for the people who are staying
away from home because it is very easy to make and also full of nutrition’s. It is low fat, Gluten free and
Vegan recipe.
Step by Step Recipe:
- First you have to sprout black chickpea (Dip black Chickpea 2-3 days in water)
- Drain the water from Chickpeas.
- Keep all the ingredients ready.
- Dry roast all seeds in a pan without oil on medium flame.
- Take 1 bowl of sprouts add ½ onion, ½ tomato, 1/2 cucumber, 2-3 chopped dates and mint.
- Further add 2 tsp mixed seeds, ½ lemon juice, 1/2 green chili, black pepper and 1 tsp honey.
- Mix all together well.
- Serve the salad with Mint leaves on it.

- Sprouted Black chickpea 1 cup
- Onion ½ chopped
- Cucumber ½ chopped
- Tomato ½ chopped
- Date 2-3 chopped
- Mint/Coriander leaves 1 tsp
- Sunflower seed 1tsp
- Flex Seeds 1 tsp
- Pumpkin Seeds 1tsp
- Green chili 1 chopped
- Lemon juice ½ tsp
- Black Salt to taste
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
