Poori Bhaji Thali
Step By Step Recipe For AAloo bhaji::
Wash chopped potatoes thoroughly and keep aside.
In a kadhai add 1 tbsp oil, let it heat on medium flame.
Add 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander seeds, let it crackle, Add chopped potatoes, mix , add 1chopped onion, sauté it.
Add 1 tsp salt, ½ cup water. Cover it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Check if water is absorbed well.
Add 1 chopped tomato, 1 /3 tsp coriander powder and sauté it.
Add some coriander leaves.
Ingredients For Aaloo Bhaji:
Potato 2
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Green chili (chopped) 1
Onion (chopped) 1
Tomato (chopped) 1
Coriander seeds ½ tsp
Step By Step Recipe For spinach Curry :
Add washed spinach in grinder jar with 2 green chilies, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp spoon and 1 bowl of curd.
Grind it to make a fine paste.
In a bowl add boiled and chopped potato , Add this spinach curd to it and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
Ingredients For spinach Curry :
Spinach 100 gm
Curd 1 bowl
Boiled potato (chopped) 2
Green chilies 2
Coriander for garnish
Salt 1 tsp
Step By Step Recipe For poori:
In a Mixing bowl add Wheat flour, ajwain, salt and 1 tsp oil and mix them all.
Add water in portions to kneed a tight dough.
Make small balls and keep aside.
Flatten balls one by one in round shape using rolling pin.
Add some dry flour if needed.
Add oil for frying in a kadhai, when oil becomes medium hot, Add flatten poori one by one and fry it from both side till golden brown.
