Yummy Egg Omelette

An omelette is a basic dish made with beaten eggs. Omelette is eaten across world in different variations. You can choose spices and vegetables according to your taste buds and new omelette recipe is ready.

Step by step recipe:

  • Chop 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chili, handful of chopped coriander leaves and keep it aside.
  • Take two eggs, Beat them and add ½ tsp salt, chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves and green chili. Mix all together.
  • Heat a pan and on medium flame add 1 tsp oil and egg batter to it.
  • Spread evenly and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Flip it and cook from another side.
  • Flip it again and add some grated cheese to the top, cover it with lid and let it cook for another 1 minute.
  • Take it out in a plate and serve hot .

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Cheese 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander leaves handful
  • Green chili 1-2
