It is a quick and healthy variation of pizza baked on tava or a griddle or a pan. Topping option for this are
endless. More and more veggies can be added so that you can get more nutrition from your snack as
well.
Step by step recipe:
Remove edges of bread and apply pizza tomato sauce on it.
Add some grated cheese. Add ½ tsp capsicum to each slice.
Add 1 tsp cheese to all slices
Now heat a pan and on low flame add 1 tsp oil and place bread slices gently.
Cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes cheese will melt and bread from downwards will be crispy also.
