These homemade naans are soft and packed with fresh garlic flavors. It taste amazing with curries and
can be served for lunch as well as dinner.
Step by step recipe:
In a bowl add 1 cup of water, with yeast and 1tsp of sugar, Whisk and keep it aside for 30
minutes
In a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, ½ bowl Maida, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp olive oil,1
tsp crushed garlic, mix and add activated dry yeast. Make a dough by adding water in portions.
Keep dough aside for 2 hrs.
Kneed again after 2 hrs to make smooth dough, add few drops of oil also if required.
Make dough balls and roll one by one in round shape. Spread some garlic and coriander leaves
on top.
On a hot tava/pan sprinkle some water and put 1 naan over it and let it cook kor 2 minutes on
medium flame.
Flip tava, with naan stick on it and roast to another side on open flame.
